LEADS AND BRAND SITE INTEGRATION

  • Dealers receive leads from the FCA brand sites, including Chrysler.com, Dodge.com, Jeep.com, RamTrucks.com, FiatUSA.com, and AlfaRomeoUSA.com
  • Dealers receive FCA Event Leads
  • Dealer’s website and location is listed on the “Find a Dealer” tool on the brand sites. Additionally, links directly into the dealer’s inventory listing pages are provided
  • Links directly to the dealer’s VIN-specific vehicle details page from the Search New Inventory tool on the brand sites are provided

DATA INTEGRATIONS

  • Integration with FCA’s incentive feed ensures fast and accurate availability on the site.
  • Dealers receive an automatic inventory feed which includes new, in-transit and certified pre-owned inventory. VINs with open safety campaigns are automatically removed
  • Consolidated billing of all FCA Digital providers through the dealer’s parts statement

PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND MEASUREMENT

  • Thorough vetting of all program vendors to ensure dealers receive the best products and services in the market place
  • Dealers may purchase products and services offered through the FCA Digital program at discounted rates
  • Access to the Insight analytics platform, which highlights the most important website, leads, advertising, reputation and showroom activity metrics
  • FCA has invested in additional resources to provide dealers with in-depth analytics to improve media best practices and conversions on the dealer sites

MARKETING AND ADVERTISING SUPPORT

  • Dealers receive BusinessLink content along with Ram Commercial custom pages (for participating dealers)
  • Dealers receive exclusive FCA Digital pages and tools to support their fixed operations, such as the Mopar dealer coupon page and online service scheduling (for participating dealers)
  • Dealers receive exclusive FCA Digital promotional pages and tools that support key retail events (i.e., Ram Truck Month, Commercial Truck Month, Spring Sales Event, etc.)
  • FCA-funded syndication of CPOV inventory to popular third party sites
  • National and BC level sales campaign creative is provided automatically
  • Select dealers enrolled in the FCA Digital program may be selected to participate in FCA funded campaigns and promotions
  • Dealers receive eight FCA Digital provisioned call tracking numbers for sales, service, parts and commercial departments

PAP

  • Select FCA Digital products and services are eligible for 1:1 PAP and Bonus PAP reimbursement
  • Automatic submission of PAP and FMAP Funds for certain products and services
  • Automatic Bonus PAP Fund matching at 1:1 for certain products and services (see www.fcapap.com for more details)

PROGRAM SUPPORT

  • Program support is available through FCA Digital VIP Support for any program-related questions
  • Some dealers will have access to a BC-based FCA Digital Process Trainer. Dealers interested in the FCA Digital Process Trainer should reach out to FCA Digital VIP Support.
  • Complimentary concierge service is provided by FCA for all dealers. This service reaches out to customers to assist dealers with setting an appointment at the dealership. Dealers can opt-out of this service by calling the FCA Digital VIP Support Team
*Note that 20 minutes is the default concierge response delay, dealers can adjust that time window.

Design

  • The following site customization is allowed: background, header, font, color
  • FCA brand logo(s) must be displayed in the header
  • Dealer may add, delete, and order their web tiles and slideshow
  • Primary navigation is editable and must be maintained to one row (no wrapping).
  • Competitive Brand logos are not allowed
  • Content can be added inside of the editable areas within the page design

Inventory and Incentives

  • Competitive make new vehicles are not allowed
  • Competitive make used vehicles are allowed (Note: cannot be displayed on the homepage)
  • Sharing of new inventory between multiple physical locations is allowed across dealerships within a 100 mile radius. When inventory is shared across sites, the physical location of the vehicles must be identified on the VLP and VDP.
  • Sharing of used inventory between multiple locations is allowed.
  • Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price must be displayed on the VLP and VDP
  • Only the official FCA Digital inventory feed may be used to populate inventory on the site
  • Only the official FCA Digital data feed for model and trim may be used on the site to ensure functionality of deep linking from brand to dealer sites
  • Only the official FCA Digital incentive feed may be used for incentives on the site

URL Ownership

  • URL registration is a service provided by FCA Digital at no cost to dealers. All dealers are encouraged to take advantage of this service to ensure brand site deep links and additional media are directed to the program website. In many instances, dealers may manage URL registration themselves; however, there are a few instances where FCA Digital must own the registration: when only an FCA trademark is used (ex. thechryslerstore.com) and when a geographic location is referenced in conjunction with FCA trademarks (ex. SpringfieldCDJR.com)

Tracking Numbers

  • FCA Digital provisioned sales, parts, service and commercial call tracking phone numbers are required and must be listed in the header on all pages where a phone number is listed
  • Phone numbers listed throughout the site must be consistent with FCA Digital provisioned call tracking numbers (ie. Dealer images, SEO content, etc.)

3rd Party Tools & Websites

  • All links on a program website must remain within the dealer site environment (Note: Exceptions will be allowed for social media sites (Facebook, Instagram Twitter, YouTube), approved FCA sites/materials, and charity/ local events).
  • Websites may not host or redirect links to dealer group, retail, or secondary sites
  • Only 3rd party non-certified plug-in tools which do not collect leads are allowed
  • Pop-ups are allowed on the home page. Research and survey data find this practice negatively impacts site and shopping satisfaction
  • If a non-certified tool or service is found on a program website, it must be removed and/or replaced within 10 business days of FCA Digital notifying the dealership.
  • If a non-certified tool or service is found on a program website, FCA Digital Support may remove it from the website if the dealership does not do so within 10 business days.

Legal

  • Dealer provided content must be compliant with all applicable copyright, trademark and state laws. Dealer is responsible for ensuring legal compliance.

Design

  • To ensure consistent premium Alfa Romeo branding, the following site customization is not allowed: background, header, font, color
  • Dealer logos and other customizations can be added to the footer.
  • Content can be added inside of the editable areas within the page design
