The Stellantis Digital Program assists dealers to generate more sales at a lower cost by offering digital products and services from various digital partners at program pricing. The Stellantis Digital Dealer team works with industry leading digital providers to create and manage programs and marketing initiatives that increase traffic, leads, and conversion rates.

A Stellantis Digital certified website is a basic requirement to participate in the Stellantis Digital Certified Program and is a prerequisite to enroll in other program services. We work with our certified website providers to ensure tight integration between websites and other program services. These tight integrations allow us to provide turnkey solutions and are a key advantage to participating in our program. Our certified websites are also integrated with Insight reporting to provide up-to-date analytics for your website.

All Stellantis Digital certified products are month-to-month agreements and must be canceled before the 10th of each month. Stellantis Digital Dealer Program products and Services will be billed directly to the dealer’s parts statement. If opting out, you must email info@chryslerdigital.com or contact the VIP Dealer support center at 888-511-8902 on or before the 10th of your last participating month if you do not wish to be billed for the following month.

The cancellation policy for all products and services under the Stellantis Digital Dealer Certified Program follows a 10th of the month hinge date logic. All cancellations on or before the 10th of the month will be billed through the end of that current month. All cancellations after the 10th of the month will be billed through the current month and through the end of the following month. If cancelling, you must contact the VIP Dealer Support Center at info@chryslerdigital.com or (888) 511-8902 on or before the 10th of your last participating month if you do not wish to be billed for the following month.

The program is tightly integrated with your Stellantis Digital website and Stellantis Digital’s Insight reporting. Up-to-date analytics will always be available within the Insight reporting on DealerConnect.

The Stellantis Digital Dealer Certified Website Program connects you with the best names in Automotive Digital Marketing to provide choice in who supports your website. Each website platform will present your site with a unique look and feel, allowing you to customize your online presence.

All contracts in the Certified Website Program are month-to-month. You may switch providers at any time, but please be aware of the billing rules.

In many instances, dealers may manage URL registration themselves; however, there are a few instances where Stellantis Digital must own the registration: when only a Stellantis trademark is used (ex. thechryslerstore.com) and when a geographic location is referenced in conjunction with Stellantis trademarks (ex. SpringfieldCDJR.com). URL registration is a service provided by Stellantis Digital at no cost to dealers. All dealers are encouraged to take advantage of this service to ensure brand site deep links and additional media are directed to the program website.

One of the greatest benefits of digital advertising is dealers’ ability to track effectiveness. From ad impressions, to clicks, to actual showroom visits and sales, digital ad campaigns can be configured to report very granular details of how well the ads work. You must use a Stellantis Digital certified CRM to receive leads from Stellantis. There are over 30 CRMs that are certified including eLeads, Dealer Socket, VinSolutions, CDK, Reynolds and many more. Leads from the Third Party program will be identified as Chrysler Digital Third party Website, Brand, and Event leads will be identified as such.

Lead Management

Third Party leads that are purchased on an enterprise level by vendors such as KBB, Autobytel, Cars.com, Edmunds, etc. The leads are validated in real time to ensure the leads meet Stellantis Digital’s best practices with the goal of giving you the dealer more volume to transfer a lead into a sale.
