How long does a dealer have to stay on the program?

There are no long-term contracts in the FCA Digital Dealer Program. The contract period for all programs is month-to-month.


What are the standard FCA Digital Billing Rules?

All FCA Digital certified products are month-to-month agreements and must be canceled before the 10th of each month. FCA Digital Dealer Program products and Services will be billed directly to the dealer’s parts statement. If opting out, you must email [email protected] or contact the VIP Dealer support center at 888-511-8902 on or before the 10th of your last participating month if you do not wish to be billed for the following month.


What is the billing cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy for all products and services under the FCA Digital Dealer Certified Program follows a 10th of the month hinge date logic. All cancellation on or before the 10th of the month will be billed through the end of that current month. All cancellations after the 10th of the month will be billed through the current month and through the end of the following month. If cancelling, you must contact the VIP Dealer Support Center at [email protected] or (888) 511-8902 on or before the 10th of your last participating month if you do not wish to be billed for the following month.


How can I get analytics/reporting for my website and providers?

The program is tightly integrated with your FCA Digital website and FCA Digital’s Insight reporting. Up-to-date analytics will always be available within the Insight reporting on DealerConnect.

The FCA Field Process Advisor (FPA) dealer program provides select FCA Dealers with strategies, tactics and tools to maximize their lead conversions. Each FCA Business Center has two dedicated Field Process Advisors available to dealers at no charge to help drive efficiencies in dealer processes and increase sales from existing sales prospects within the dealers’ systems. Our team of experienced FPAs use email, phone, SMS and in-dealership customer interaction to help dealerships efficiently work leads pre and post-sale.
